Trex flooring on the screened in porch
Seeing as we survived the rains in pretty good shape the guys worked on a variety of projects inside the house. As you'll see from the pictures they are tying up loose ends with the installation of the tub and shower stalls, pocket door frames and beginning to put Trex on the screened in porch floor. It's nice to see all of these little things taken care of as they must be completed before things like siding can be installed.
Stairs to the attic are completed with some temporary treads.
Today we were pleased to see that they had started building the back deck. It is only 10 ft by 15 foot but will provide enough room for the grill and some furniture.
Tim plans to be back next week to finish the grading and haul some gravel; the ground was just too wet to move around much this week. The sun should be out over the weekend which will help it to dry out and hopefully, grow a little grass.
