Pretty in Pink

What to our wondering eyes should appear but loads of fluffy pink insulation between the studs in our walls. Yep, the insulation guys came and put in all of the insulation in the outside walls and prepped the ceiling for more once the drywall is installed.  What a great surprise. The roofer toiled on and finished the front and has most of the back side of the garage finished as well.

What a difference installing the insulation has made to the sound levels inside the house, even without the drywall. The guys also stained the front door for the second time and put a coat of stain on all of the windows and the patio door.

They are using golden oak  which will also be used on all of the interior trim. Finally, they delivered the wood for the screened-in porch ceiling. It's a tongue and groove bead board that looks beautiful.

The siding installer is scheduled for tomorrow, please pray for no rain!
