A Baker's Dozen

Well, it's official, after one week, the chickens have produced 13 eggs. While not all are powerhouse eggs, they are starting to get a little bigger with practice. One chicken still prefers to lay her egg outside of the nesting boxes; hopefully peer pressure and some modeling from her sisters will help her see the light.

Lisa already has visions of a frittata with some fresh volunteer kale that is out in the garden.
