Today's post highlights the continued progress on the hardwood floors in the master bedroom and the trim in the living room. As you can see, the master bedroom and closet are all but done. they look really good; just the addition of the baseboard and quarter round a little paint touch up and this room will be done.
The other exciting work that was completed was the trim work including the columns between the dining room and the living room/Lisa's sitting room. The are officially completed and look exactly the way we wanted them to be. I think that's some of what makes us so thrilled with our contractors is they have the ability to make our vision a reality.
They still need a little stain and all of the woodwork will be polyurethaned before we move in, but that is sweet! We are officially one month from our target move in date. We talked with the contractor tonight and believe it is realistic to plan to move in on that date.
Finally, the last picture is another of our beautiful grandson. He still waiting to be a big brother, we hope his mama will last until her due date.
