Our picture might be next to the wikipedia definition of cheap. These photos show the results of our squeezing the last possible nickel out of our old house ( Lisa prefers to think of it as earth friendly as it won't end up in the landfill). In the first picture Lisa is busy cleaning old caulk off the underside of Ryan's old bathroom cabinet while the lower photo shows what's left hanging on the wall. If you look closely, you'll notice more ghetto friendly construction techniques as the old faucets leaked like crazy. Nothing a little bit of GOOP, a couple of old bolts and some worm screw clamps can't fix.
On to more important things: We installed our very own mail box at the new address on Sunday. For a change, this is something we installed that is brand new. HA HA
Lisa's kitchen range was delivered today along with enough oak flooring to cover the floors. The granite counter guy showed up and measure for our kitchen counter tops today, we might get those in in the next week or so if he remembered that he forgot all his measurements of the cabinets at our house.
Phillip also made progress on the columns in the living room. They look really good but still have a ways to go before completion.
