The final roof line

So, here is the final roof line for the house. Once they get all of the sheeting on, it will give a clearer picture of the final form. Today was a really productive day with the portion of the roof that sits over the front sitting room getting framed up. This, along with the completion of the sheeting of the garage walls and Tyvex go a long way toward giving the house its final shape.

Here's another angle on the raised portion over the sitting room window. Other than the actual roof, this whole section from ground to peak will be rock. If the weather holds, and deliveries are made, we could see some shingles on the roof by the end of next week.
