On Saturday, Lisa and I went to an estate sale and had a blast. A friend a work told us about it so we investigated it as the gentleman whose stuff was set for the gavel had lots of tools. We went on Friday afternoon for a pre auction look-see and picked out several things we had our eyes on and came back on Saturday quite hopeful. Needless to say we had a blast and bought several things that were a real steal and let some other things go. It was a lot of fun and will probably not be the last time we do this. So our treasures were:
A brand new DeWalt scroll saw
Comercial router table
aassorted bolt cutters, rubber mallets etc
Compressor hoses
Assorted clamps including the mystery clamp there at the bottom, maybe a picture frame clamp???
We spent way less than what things are worth and just had a ball. Later we rented a roto- tiller for the garden and spent the rest of the day and most of Sunday as slave labor to the garden and yard. We''ll include pictures of that progress once the ibuprofen kicks in.
