Lisa and I have traveled to San Diego for a little vacation/work trip. I'm working and Lisa's vacationing. Seriously, this is the first real vacation we have taken in the past two years. With all that has gone on with the house, we really needed it. We are staying at the Hard Rock hotel which is surprisingly nice. We are surrounded by a bunch of rock n roll memorabillia but despite that, we've had a great time so far.
Today, after finishing up work early we headed out along the water front and got to see the America's Cup race in action. Didn't have a clue what we were seeing but it looked cool.
Ryan and Sharee joined us on Thursday for the weekend. We have enjoyed visiting and seeing the sights of the gas lamp district outside our hotel, Old Town and Little Italy.
