Despite the frigidly cold temperatures and the fierce wind, the guys worked outside and made great strides in connecting the pipes and filling in the trenches for the geothermal system. While that was going on, the carpet was installed in the guest bedrooms and looks marvelous (did you expect me to say anything else??) At the same time, the pantry shelves got a coat of polyurethane and we were able to put the shelving/closet systems back in the master closet after a quick repaint of the walls.
I am starting to line up help for next weekend for the BIG MOVE so expect a call from me in the next couple of days. Until then, here are a couple of pictures from today's discoveries.
Lisa's recycled bench in the mudroom; completed and ready for action.
Carpet in the guest room, looks and feels so nice.
Carpet in Lisa's sewing room. Same color as the guest room.
Two rooms completed and eight rooms to go.
