So while we are waiting to hear back from the appraisal, (could be another month or so) we decided to build a few walls and enclose the bathroom in the shop. We figured we needed the practice nailing some walls together just to remind ourselves of what is to come. Good thing we're not thinking of changing our careers to carpenter. While everything is straight and square, it took us a LOOOONG time to design and complete that first wall. On the upside, I got to use my new saw (really fun) and we'll finish up the rest of the walls tomorrow. For you sharp eyed folk, that IS a shower stall located behind that framing.
