No vampires will come here

I had a huge amount of  garlic hanging in the garage that I did not want to lose so I decided to dehydrate it.  We chose to put the dehydrator on the front porch since it was so pungent. So here are the before and after pictures. Five trays turned into 3/4 of a jelly jar. Not bad.

What''s in the dehydrator now????????   Onions.....on the front porch of course.
