Oh, it's fun to play in the dirt!

What a beautiful day, Lisa and I played out on the farm all day, taking care of many little tasks that needed to be completed: paint the outside around the garage door, mowing the bank, planting garlic, beets and rhubarb, pull some weeds. Oh, and play on the tractor.  After a little assistance from a friend, we were able to put the blade on the back of the tractor to do some grading and to make a dirt ramp into the garage so we can put the tractor and mower inside.  Not as easy as Tim makes it look. I didn't do too much damage and managed to move enough dirt to make an acceptable ramp and grade out the area under the shed roof for the camper. As the pictures show, it looks great and feels even better.

Pulling dirt from beside the shed roof to aid drainage and to put in front of the garage door to make the ramp so we can put the tractor inside.

Vroooommm, sure is fun playing in a big dirt pile. (notice the light on the wall between the doors)

Finally put away in the garage for the night. notice the painted walls and the garage door hanging down. Ah, it is really coming together.
